We have multiple roles open for Spring and Summer 2018

Spring Operations Manager - position to start ASAP
Work up to 10hrs/week this spring (flexible in-person and virtual) to help us prepare for an awesome summer. Assist with marketing and sales; engagement and communications with teens and parents; coordination of summer field trips and outreach to local founders and startups.

  • Ideal Candidate:
    • Majoring/minoring in field related to entrepreneurship, business, design, marketing and/or education
    • A self-starter, able to work independently to achieve goals and milestones
    • Extremely knowledgable about Boston's entrepreneurship ecosystem
    • Excellent at communicating with others, both verbal and written
    • Creative with marketing strategies and social media channels
  • Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate summer field trips and guest speakers
    • Communicate with teen applicants and parents
    • Develop marketing materials and outreach strategies
    • Edit video content to create promotional videos
    • Contribute towards development of Summer 2018 programs
  • Perks:
    • 10/hrs per week (flexible in-person and virtual)
    • Paid $12/hour
    • Role starts ASAP through mid-May (flexible end date)

Summer Innovation Coach - multiple positions to start in July
Join us this summer to lead our hands-on entrepreneurship, innovation and design programs for local teens. Provide mentorship and guidance; lead daily workshops and field trips; share student experiences via social media; network with Boston founders and startups.

  • Ideal Candidate:
    • Majoring/minoring in a field related to entrepreneurship, business, design and/or education
    • Fun personality, energetic and great with teens (prior experience working with/teaching teens major plus)
    • Adaptable and can think of their feet
    • Knowledgable about Boston's entrepreneurship ecosystem
    • Excellent at communicating with others, both verbal and written
  • Responsibilities:
    • Attend pre-summer training sessions (mandatory 2-days, paid, date TBD)
    • Work from 8:30a-4:30p for ALL camp sessions, July 9-Aug 17
    • Assist with daily program administration and facilitation, taking on more teaching responsibilities as summer progresses
    • Communicate with participating teens and parents through email and daily social media posts
    • Contribute towards development of Summer 2019 programs (optional 2-days, paid, post-programs)
    • Must pass background check to work with teens
  • Perks:
    • 40/hrs per week, 8:30a-4:30p, July 9-Aug 17
    • $550/week (plus $16.25/hr for mandatory pre and optional post-programs work)
    • Gain hands-on experience in leading and teaching the next gen of entrepreneurs and innovators; learn best practices in experiential learning and entrepreneurship education; network with many of Boston's most influential founders and companies
